Cap4u Calls as Practice

Support

When you need help, start here

Cap4u is an on-screen text assistant for phone calls. It helps you understand English and prepare what to say, but you still complete the call yourself. For emergencies, contact local emergency services directly. For medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions, rely on official guidance from the relevant professional or institution.

Check account deletion status

If you deleted your Cap4u account in the app, enter the deletion reference shown after the server accepted the request. Most requests complete within 24 hours.

If the reference does not work or the status shows that help is needed, email hello@cap4u.app and include the deletion reference. Do not include call recordings, full call content, identity documents, medical records, bank cards, or verification codes.

Example format: del_ followed by 32 lowercase letters or numbers.

  • A deletion reference starts with del_ and is shown only after the server accepts the deletion request.
  • Deleting your Cap4u account does not cancel Apple subscriptions automatically. Subscriptions and refunds are still managed in your Apple Account.

Contact support

Cap4u is provided and operated by See From Afar Vision LLC. Email us at hello@cap4u.app. For product issues, the most useful details are usually:

  • Your iPhone model, iOS version, and Cap4u app version.
  • The region and general call scenario, such as clinic, bank, insurance, or customer service.
  • The error message you saw, or which step did not work as expected.
  • If you share screenshots, cover names, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers, medical records, bills, and other sensitive information first.

Do not send call recordings. The current iPhone version does not save call recordings, captions, translations, generated English replies, or call summaries, and it does not provide call playback or call history. We also do not need those materials for most support requests.

Quick answers

Will Cap4u speak for me?

No. Cap4u only provides on-screen text assistance. You decide whether to use a sentence, and you say it yourself.

Will call content be saved?

The current iPhone version does not save call recordings, captions, translations, generated English replies, or call summaries, and it does not provide call playback or call history.

Can I use Cap4u for 911 or other emergency calls?

No. Cap4u is not for 911 or any emergency service. In an emergency, do not use or rely on Cap4u. Call your local emergency number directly and describe your location and situation as briefly as possible.

Can I use it for medical, legal, or financial calls?

You may use it as a communication aid, such as for appointments, bill confirmations, or process questions. Cap4u does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice; important decisions should rely on official responses from professionals or institutions.

Is there an Android version?

The current version is available on the App Store and primarily supports iPhone. An Android version will be evaluated based on feedback from the iPhone release.

Common troubleshooting

Captions do not appear

Check microphone permission, network status, and call volume. Recognition quality may drop in loud environments.

Translation is inaccurate

Treat translation as an aid for understanding. For amounts, dates, addresses, or identity details, ask the other person to repeat or spell the information.

The English reply does not fit

Reply suggestions may be incomplete or may not match what you really mean. Confirm the content first, then say it in your own voice.

App Store download or access issues

The iPhone version is now available on the App Store. If you run into download, purchase, sign-in, or access issues, send screenshots so we can help assess the problem; cover personal sensitive information first.

Safety boundaries

Cap4u is not an emergency service, not a professional advisor, not an AI phone agent, and not an AI voice that impersonates you. Its role is to help you understand the call, prepare what to say, and turn real calls into practice.
